  • Name, relationship, date of birth
  • Medical notes & special needs
  • Emergency contact details
3

Create a Booking

Select the care tier your loved one needs, choose the date, time, and duration, and select your preferred booking type: one-time, recurring, or emergency.

The Companion The Specialist The Bridge

You can browse available caregivers and select a preferred one, or let our system automatically match you to the best fit.

4

Fund Your Wallet & Confirm

Before a booking is confirmed, the service amount is held in your Yewole wallet (prepaid escrow). Top up via Paystack or bank transfer.

  • Funds held securely until service is complete
  • No payment released until caregiver checks out
  • Full refund if booking is cancelled before start
5

Service Day — Check-In & Activity Logs

On the day of the booking, your caregiver checks in digitally when they arrive. Throughout the shift they log activities, so you can see real-time updates from wherever you are.

  • Digital check-in on arrival
  • Activity notes logged during shift
  • Safety pre-check completed before starting
  • Incident reporting available if needed
6

Check-Out & Automatic Payment

When the shift ends, the caregiver checks out digitally. The held funds are automatically released to the caregiver. You receive a receipt and a summary of the shift.

  • Automatic payment release on check-out
  • Receipt generated and emailed to you
  • Shift summary saved to your booking history
7

Rate Your Caregiver

After the booking is complete, you are invited to rate your caregiver (1–5 stars) and leave a review. Your caregiver will also rate the service experience at your home.

This two-way accountability keeps standards high for everyone on the platform.
